How We Built A Custom Home At 23 Years Old

We built our home at 23 years old. That’s crazy, and probably wouldn’t have happened if my dad wasn’t a home builder. We didn’t set out to build. We wanted to find something existing, and thought we had to wait until we could afford to build. We didn’t realize at the time that building a new home was just as realistic for us as buying an existing home.
